SMS Terms

These SMS Terms govern your participation in the L3Digital SMS Alerts program, operated by L3Digital LLC. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our SMS sign-up page, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

The L3Digital SMS Alerts program sends recurring text messages to subscribers about L3Digital products, services, project updates, availability, and offers. Message content may include announcements, scheduling information, and promotional content related to L3Digital.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive messages only when we have something relevant to send.

3. Costs and Carrier Charges

L3Digital does not charge a fee to subscribe to or receive SMS messages from this program. However, standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details.

4. Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further messages from this program. If you want to re-subscribe later, sign up again on the SMS sign-up page.

You may also opt out by emailing chris@l3digital.net with the phone number to remove, or through any other reasonable method. Opt-out requests are honored within ten (10) business days.

5. Help (HELP)

For help, reply HELP to any message we send and we will reply with information about the program. You can also contact us directly at chris@l3digital.net.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Supported mobile carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Bell, Rogers, and Telus.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Be the account holder of, or have the account holder's permission to use, the mobile phone number you provide.
  • Reside in the United States or Canada and use a mobile number assigned to a carrier in those countries.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number, opt-in record, and the IP address used to opt in are stored under our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued participation in the SMS program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
