L3Digital LLC ("L3Digital", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using l3digital.net or our SMS messaging program, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact information you provide — name, email address, mobile phone number, and any details you include in messages to us.
  • SMS opt-in records — your mobile phone number, the timestamp of your opt-in, the page or method through which you opted in, and the IP address from which the opt-in was submitted.
  • Site analytics data — pages visited, referring URLs, browser type, operating system, approximate location (city-level), and interaction events. Collected via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Session recordings and heatmaps — Microsoft Clarity may record anonymized interactions with our pages (clicks, scrolls, page navigation) to help us improve usability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide the services or information you request.
  • Send SMS messages you have explicitly opted in to receive (see SMS section below).
  • Improve our website, content, and offerings based on aggregate usage patterns.
  • Maintain records required for legal compliance, including SMS opt-in proof.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and our SMS program (for example, our SMS delivery provider, analytics tools, and hosting platform), under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing those services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of L3Digital, our users, or the public.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

This section applies to mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected through our text messaging program.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging services themselves.

When you opt in to our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number, the date and time of your consent, the page or method used to capture consent, and the IP address from which the opt-in was submitted. We retain this information for at least five years after you opt out, as required to demonstrate consent under applicable law.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any SMS we send. You may also email chris@l3digital.net with the phone number to remove, or request opt-out through any other reasonable means. We will honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and site functionality. Specifically:

  • Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics — aggregate site usage analytics. Collects anonymized data about how visitors interact with our site.
  • Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session recordings and heatmaps. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement for details.
  • Theme preference — a non-tracking localStorage key remembers your light/dark mode choice.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as expected.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you.
  • Request a copy of that information.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell personal information.

7. Children

Our site and SMS program are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Material changes that affect how we use your information will be communicated through the site or, where required, by direct notice.
