1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information you provide — name, email address, mobile phone number, and any details you include in messages to us.
• SMS opt-in records — your mobile phone number, the name you supply with the form if you supply one, the timestamp of your opt-in, the page or method through which you opted in, the version of the consent disclosure shown to you, the browser user-agent string sent by your device, and the IP address from which the opt-in was submitted.
• Server access logs — our web server records each request in an ordinary access log: your IP address, the date and time, the URL requested, the response status, the referring page, and your browser user-agent string. These logs are kept for 14 days for security and operational purposes, then deleted.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide the services or information you request.
• Send SMS messages you have explicitly opted in to receive (see SMS section below).
• Improve our website, content, and offerings.
• Maintain records required for legal compliance, including SMS opt-in proof.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and our SMS program (for example, our SMS delivery provider and our hosting platform), under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing those services.

This section does not apply to text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is governed by Section 4 and is not shared with any third parties.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of L3Digital, our users, or the public.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

This section applies to mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected through our text messaging program.

Mobile information and SMS consent are never sold, never rented, and never shared with affiliates or third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When you opt in to our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number, the name you supply if you supply one, the date and time of your consent, the page or method used to capture consent, the version of the consent disclosure you agreed to, the browser user-agent string sent by your device, and the IP address from which the opt-in was submitted. We retain this information for at least five years after you opt out, as required to demonstrate consent under applicable law.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any SMS we send. You may also email chris@l3digital.net with the phone number to remove, or request opt-out through any other reasonable means. We will honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website sets no cookies. We use no analytics service, no tag manager, no session recording, no heatmaps, and no advertising or cross-site tracking technology of any kind. We embed no third-party scripts, and the fonts the site uses are served from our own domain rather than fetched from a third party, so loading a page makes no request to any other company.

The site’s pages use a small amount of your browser’s own sessionStorage to remember navigation and scroll position while you move between pages. That data stays in your browser, is never transmitted to us, and is discarded when you close the tab.

The only record we keep of an ordinary visit is the server access log described in Section 1, which is deleted after 14 days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Request a copy of that information.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell personal information.

7. Children

Our site and SMS program are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Material changes that affect how we use your information will be communicated through the site or, where required, by direct notice.
