Privacy Policy

L3Digital LLC (“L3Digital”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect through l3digital.net, our SMS messaging program, and email you exchange with us at l3digital.net and l3d-agents.net addresses; how we use it; who we share it with; and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information and correspondence: your name, email address, and mobile phone number; the contents of messages you send us, including attachments; calendar invitations you send us or accept from us; and the ordinary details that come with an email, such as sender, recipients, date, and subject.
• SMS opt-in records: your mobile phone number, the name you supply with the form if you supply one, the timestamp of your opt-in, the page or method through which you opted in, the version of the consent disclosure shown to you, the browser user-agent string sent by your device, and the IP address from which the opt-in was submitted.
• Server access logs: our web server records each request in an ordinary access log: your IP address, the date and time, the URL requested, the response status, the referring page, and your browser user-agent string. These logs are kept for 14 days for security and operational purposes, then deleted.
• Website usage data — through Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics, how you interact with our pages (the pages you visit, clicks, taps, scrolling, and mouse movement), your browser and device type, your approximate location, and the referring page. See Section 5.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide the services or information you request.
• Send SMS messages you have explicitly opted in to receive (see SMS section below).
• Improve our website, content, and offerings.
• Maintain records required for legal compliance, including SMS opt-in proof.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

Email and AI assistants. We use AI assistants to help run L3Digital. When you email us or send us a calendar invitation, an AI assistant working under our direction may read it, summarize or sort it, and draft or send a reply. Reading and sorting can happen automatically, and some replies are sent within instructions we have given the assistants. The assistants report to a person at L3Digital. To do this work, the content of your message passes through the email, integration, and AI model providers listed in Section 3. We do not use AI to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. Our replies normally come from an l3digital.net address. Occasionally a message from us may come from an l3d-agents.net address.

How long we keep information. We keep server access logs for 14 days (Section 1). We keep SMS opt-in records for at least five years after you opt out (Section 4). We keep email, calendar invitations, and other correspondence for as long as we need them to deal with your inquiry and to keep our business records.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. Apart from the analytics services and legal disclosures described below, we share information only with service providers that help us run L3Digital, and only so that they can provide their services to us:

• Hosting: Hetzner hosts our website and servers in Finland.
• SMS delivery: Twilio sends our SMS Alerts messages.
• Email and calendar: Microsoft 365 carries our l3digital.net email and calendar. Telnyx carries the mailboxes our AI assistants use at l3d-agents.net.
• Integration: Composio connects our AI assistants to our Microsoft 365 mailbox and calendar.
• AI models: the AI model providers that run our assistants process the content of emails and calendar invitations when the assistants read or answer them. We use these providers on terms or settings under which they do not use that content to train their AI models.

We are a US business. Our website and servers are hosted in Finland. Our other providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Microsoft collects website usage data directly from your browser through Microsoft Clarity, as described in Section 5, and may also use it for its own purposes, including Microsoft Advertising, under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Google collects website usage data directly from your browser through Google Analytics, also described in Section 5.

This section does not apply to text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is governed by Section 4 and is not shared with any third parties.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Use, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of L3Digital, our users, or the public.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

This section applies to mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected through our text messaging program.

Mobile information and SMS consent are never sold, never rented, and never shared with affiliates or third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

When you opt in to our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number, the name you supply if you supply one, the date and time of your consent, the page or method used to capture consent, the version of the consent disclosure you agreed to, the browser user-agent string sent by your device, and the IP address from which the opt-in was submitted. We retain this information for at least five years after you opt out, so that we can show consent if it is ever questioned.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any SMS we send. You may also email sms@l3digital.net with the phone number to remove, or request opt-out through any other reasonable means. We will honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website uses two analytics services to understand how visitors use the site: Microsoft Clarity, a service of Microsoft Corporation, and Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC. Neither runs on the SMS sign-up and SMS opt-out pages.

Clarity records how you interact with our pages (the pages you visit, clicks, taps, scrolling, and mouse movement), along with your browser and device type, approximate location, and the referring page, and shows us the results as session recordings and heatmaps. Text you type into form fields is masked in your browser and is not sent to Microsoft.

Clarity sets two cookies on our domain: _clck, which recognizes a returning browser, and _clsk, which links the pages viewed in one visit. Microsoft may also set its own cookies, such as MUID, on Microsoft domains. Microsoft processes this information as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement and may use it to provide and improve its services, including Microsoft Advertising. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Clarity sets no cookies and collects only cookieless data, because this site does not ask for cookie consent.

To limit this collection, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or turn on the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which Microsoft states Clarity honors. You can opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info.

Google Analytics records the pages you visit, how long you stay, the referring page, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. It sets two cookies on our domain, _ga and _ga_TQHVJ9JFFR, which distinguish returning browsers and visits and expire after two years. This site tells Google not to use this data for advertising or ad personalization, and Google signals are turned off. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google Analytics sets no cookies and receives only cookieless measurements, because this site does not ask for cookie consent. Google processes this information as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy. You can stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits with Google’s Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We use no other analytics service and no advertising technology of our own. The fonts the site uses are served from our own domain rather than fetched from a third party.

If you choose a light or dark theme with the theme button, your browser stores that choice on your device so that later pages use it. It is not a cookie and is never sent to us or anyone else. Choosing System again deletes it.

Apart from these analytics services, the only record kept of an ordinary visit is the server access log described in Section 1, which is deleted after 14 days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Request a copy of that information.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise these rights, email contact@l3digital.net. We may ask you to confirm the request, usually by replying from the email address we have for you, or texting from the phone number we have for you. We will respond within 30 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why within those 30 days, and we will respond within a further 30 days.

7. Children

Our site and SMS program are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Material changes that affect how we use your information will be communicated through the site or, where required, by direct notice.
